Your account may be deactivated during a review of BookMyHealthCheckup accounts. Reviews are part of an effort to foster a trustworthy community and uphold the Terms of Service.

If you as a consumer decide to cancel your BookMyHealthCheckup account, you can do it after logging to your account and deactivate account.
If you are a healthcare service provider and want to delete your account, you can send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your details and we will delete your account within 4 working days.
When you cancel your account, any bookings you've confirmed—-----as a healthcare service provider or a Consumer—-------will be automatically canceled.
If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in to your BookMyHealthCheckup account, visit "List Your Healthcare service" page or Login / Sign up page and click on Forgot Password ?. Enter the email address you use for BookMyHealthCheckup and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password.
Login to your profile and follow the instructions. In order to change your password, you need to know your current password.
We can let you know when you have new BookMyHealthCheckup messages, booking requests, and more via text message (SMS) alerts.

If you let 4 consecutive Healthcare service requests or booking inquiries expire without responding, we may temporarily deactivate your listing. Temporary deactivation will ensure that Consumers don't continue to contact you without receiving a reply.
When your listing is temporarily deactivated, we will send you an email with the instructions you'll need to reactivate it. You can reactivate immediately, if you're ready to take Consumers for Healthcare service, but it may take up some time for your listing to appear in search results after it has been reactivated.

BookMyHealthCheckUp’s payment system is designed to make transferring money between potential Consumers and health care service providers as simple and reliable as possible. We will provide you further details when your healthcare service facility signs up on our platform.
If you need to adjust the details of your booking online, you'll need to cancel the booking and submit a new one. We currently do not have the feature in our website to reschedule your appointment. You need to send us an email at email@example.com or call us at +91 9343254130 to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling of appointment will depend on the availability at our healthcare service providers facility.
If your Consumer cancels your booking in his or her BookMyHealthCheckUp account, you will be automatically notified by BookMyHealthCheckUp’s system. At the time of cancellation, your potential Consumer is automatically refunded according to your cancellation policy. Your payout will be released normally, within 4 working days after the originally scheduled check up date.
It depends. As long as your booking request has not yet been accepted by the healthcare service provider, you can cancel the request and submit a new booking request with the updated details. Regretfully there’s no way to adjust a booking request in our current online system without canceling the original request.

All the reviews on BookMyHealthCheckup are written by Consumers and Healthcare service providers also get the opportunity to comment or interact on the reviews by the Consumer. In addition to written reviews, the Consumer can submit a primary star rating and a set of category star ratings.
Reviews are your opportunity to build a good reputation in the BookMyHealthCheckUp community, as well as share your experience with the BookMyHealthCheckUp community. Since you can only write a review after a booking is confirmed on the site, you can trust that any review you see on a profile page is the result of an actual person who have used or availed the service.
No. You can’t change or remove any review you received from another BookMyHealthCheckup community member. We believe in free speech, transparency, and clear communication. Our community is built on trust, and trust comes from honest conversation. Therefore, BookMyHealthCheckup’s default position is not to censor, edit, or delete reviews.
